What We Do
Our mission is to introduce youth to the wonders of science through fun, affordable, and accessible means. Girls Who Code is on a mission to close the gender gap in technology and to change the image of what a programmer looks like and does.

After School Programs

After School programs are held at Fort Bend middle schools with after school programs in place. With the after school programs we host, we hope to teach middle schoolers about computer science and broaden their understanding of today's technology.

During the summer, we host cohorts of students that attend our summer classes at various Fort Bend libraries. Our summer programs are a fantastic way to keep students engaged in learning during summer vacation. Through our summer programs, we hope to inpsire kids.

Support Us
As a foundation, our 501c(3) organization receives support from donors and grants. All money we receive goes back into our nonprofit and helps us pay the costs of the technological resources we use and helps us receive the necessary equipment we need to continue teaching classes.
